How accurate are these Decatur radars at picking out which vehicle is
going at which speed when there is more than 1 vehicle going in the
same direction?

Decaturs, like most professional speed guns, pick up the fastest of the two
speeds.
It is up to the operator to determine which vehicle is the fastest.
