I just recently purchased a radar ball of rawlings, yet it said tap once to turn on, i did many times, and i checked the battery and it had one.... can someone please tell me whats going on?

Hi

If you followed directions and were using a fesh battery, the unit is probably defective. Contact the manufacturer.
