Hello-

I received a ticket for speeding, 91 in a 65 is what the ticket states. Becuase I was flustered and doing my best yes sir no sir i failed to realse the speed he wrote in. The 91mpg means i'm not able to take traffice school and will hit my insurance. I admit i was speeding but I don't believe i was at 90-91. I have the chance to go to court and state my case. I wanted to know do all radar's have that +/- 1-2 mph of accuracy? While reviewing items on the website it seemed like all hand held models had a 1-2mph range. Do you think i would have a chance at have the speed reduced to 89-90. It would make me able to take traffic school and avoid the steeper fine and insurance ramifications.

This is my first ticket in 11 years, so i have that in my favor as well.

thanks!
