Which Bushnell Radar Really Has Min Speed of 6mph?

Postby John S. on Mon Sep 10, 2007 1:02 pm

Can someone tell me which of the three low cost radar guns Bushnell has made really measures down to 6mph?

Is it the:

- Speedster 10-1907
- Velocity 10-1911
- Speedster II 10-1900 ?

The reason I ask is I have spent all weekend scouring the web and I have come up with inconsistent information on this. For each of these Bushnell products, I have found sources that say the lowest measurable speed is 10mph, others say 6mph. What's the real deal? :?

If someone has confirmed that one or more of these can actually measure that low, please let me know. I have the need to measure the speed of some moving objects in the 6 - 10 mph range.

Thanks!
John S.

Hi,

None of these units will measure that slow. The minumum speed of these units
is 12 mph. For a handheld radar gun that will allow you to measure speeds
that slow, you will need to go with the Decatur Prospeed CR-1K, which is a
more professional model of radar gun.
