Bushnell Radar Gun

I recently bought a Bushnell radar gunfor my husband for Christmas in December. The Radar gun is not working, could you please advise me how I can get the Bushnell Gun fixed. I do not have the receipt but I have the charge on my bank statement. Thank you for your time.
